I'm Yasmin Lebedeva, a product designer. I'm drawn to complex products, the kind with a lot of moving parts that still have to feel simple to use.

4+ years across AI products, marketplaces, and brand and web work. I've designed onboarding flows, dashboards, design systems, and end-to-end buyer and seller journeys, from AI tools that unify many features into one product to two-sided marketplaces with payments and disputes. I take products from the underlying structure and logic to the interface and the system that holds it together.

Closely with founders and engineers, from the first questions to a shipped interface. I test what I design and stay involved in product decisions beyond the UI, from analytics and hypotheses to how something actually ships.

Based in Germany, open to product design roles, remote or hybrid. Say hi: hi@yasminlebedeva.com
